Abstract

Authors of the article on the basis of the realized analysis of labour activity motivation in nonprofit organizations at the limited bankroll conditions formulate a number of measures which promote forming motivating atmosphere. The system of measures promoting to form motivating atmosphere involves the use of rotation, flexible working hours, intensification of educational system in the company, and also the measures promoting to create comfortable psychological atmosphere in work collectives.
